Brendan is an associate with Boughton Law’s Corporate and Business Group. Brendan advises clients with, and assists senior counsel on a wide range of commercial matters including the establishment of business entities, share and asset purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, and the negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Brendan obtained his B.A. from the University of British Columbia in 2013, obtained his J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2018, and completed both his summer articles and articles with Boughton Law. During his time at the University of Victoria, Brendan contributed his time as a volunteer with the Together Against Poverty Society, advising clients on residential tenancy matters. In his first summer of law school, Brendan operated his own business delivering planters to Vancouverites wanting to grow their own produce. Brendan hopes to bring his entrepreneurial spirit to his practice and help businesses achieve their goals.
