Human Resources Manager
Caitlin Turner heads the Firm’s Human Resources Department in her role as HR Manager. She is responsible for managing all human resources activities for employees including the development and execution of programs and initiatives in the areas of recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and employee relations.
Caitlin has attended The University of Western Ontario, and the University of British Columbia – achieving an Undergraduate Degree in English and Anthropology with a minor in First Nations Studies. and went on to complete a Human Resources Management Certificate at BCIT in 2012. She is an active member of the British Columbia Legal Managers Association and the British Columbia Human Resources Management Association.
