As Boughton’s Legal Talent Manager, Alexis is responsible for leading, executing, and supporting lawyer and student programs. She oversees all aspects of the talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, professional development, mentorship, and performance management.
As a strategic advisor, Alexis works closely with the firm’s management team to align business and talent strategies. She is dedicated to supporting the firm’s legal professionals in their pursuit of career progression, and in achieving their professional goals, while maintaining their personal passions and interests.
Prior to joining Boughton Law, Alexis held a strategic talent management role, overseeing legal professional talent matters across regional and national platforms with a leading national law firm. She is also an experienced lawyer who began her legal career advising and representing employers on a full range of legal matters. Alexis’ expertise in these areas includes creating tailored talent management strategies and implementing seamless integration processes.
