Lauren Sansregret is an articled student at Boughton Law with a strong interest in commercial and secured transactions.
Lauren graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2024. During her time in law school, she was recognized as the recipient of the prestigious Carole T. Corcoran Memorial Award, which is awarded to a graduating student with high academic standing and demonstrated leadership or advocacy within the Indigenous community. Lauren was also selected as an Allard Law Ambassador, where she served as a key representative and advocate for the law school. Her dedication to the Indigenous community is further demonstrated through her role as a community leader and advocate within the Indigenous Law Students Association.
Before pursuing her legal studies, Lauren earned a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Resource Management from UBC in 2019 and a Diploma in Sustainable Resource Management from BCIT in 2016. She is a citizen of the Métis Nation of British Columbia.
