Roshni is an associate in our litigation group and practices primarily in the areas of general commercial litigation, administrative law and professional negligence.
As part of Roshni’s civil litigation practice, she has represented private and corporate clients on a broad range of matters, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. Roshni has successfully represented clients at complex court applications, mediations, administrative tribunal hearings, trials, judicial review applications and appeals.
Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Roshni obtained her Bachelor of Arts Hons from McGill University and her J.D. from Queen’s University. Prior to joining Boughton Law, Roshni completed her articles at a leading national firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar. During law school, Roshni participated in the Queen’s Correctional Project, representing inmates in Maximum Security institution Kingston Penitentiary for disciplinary court offences, parole board hearings and inmate appeals.
