Tarlan Razzaghi practices civil litigation and administrative law focusing in the areas of aboriginal and environmental law. Tarlan advises aboriginal communities on a wide range of issues related to treaty and aboriginal rights, consultation, and the regulatory process governing natural resource extraction. Her experience includes representing parties in regulatory proceedings involving energy development and infrastructure projects to assisting clients in resolving their environmental and land contamination concerns.
Tarlan has appeared before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, Provincial Court of Alberta and several administrative tribunals including the Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Environmental Appeal Board, Alberta Utilities Commission, Surface Rights Board and the Subdivision Development and Appeal Board.
