Navneet Ghoman

Navneet is an associate lawyer of Boughton Law with a primary focus in commercial real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced as a solicitor in Alberta within the commercial real estate group of a large national firm, advising and assisting on real property transactions, leasing, financing, and renewable energy projects. Previously she practiced as a solicitor with a boutique municipal firm in Vancouver, advising and assisting on large-scale development projects, real property transactions, leasing and various other real estate matters.

Complimenting her legal expertise, Navneet also has extensive practical experience in business and real estate, as her family owned and operated hotels in the Northeast United States for several decades. Specifically, her professional experiences include the renovation of a 225 room hotel for purposes of brand conversion, and a land development project resulting in the subdivision of residential lots.

Navneet is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
