  • What is your wellness subsidy?

    Promoting and enhancing the overall health of our employees is a priority. Boughton Law will subsidize up to 50% of the cost of a wellness program to a maximum of $300 per calendar year. Wellness subsidy coverage can include membership or initiation fees with a recognized physical fitness program and/or nutrition consultation.

  • What professional development opportunities do you offer?

    We’re dedicated to supporting your career growth through a variety of internal, external, and on-the-job development opportunities. We provide ongoing internal opportunities for professional development, including in-house training through our lunch-and-learn program and specially developed sessions. Boughton also reimburses staff for 100% of the cost of continuing education courses related to their current positions and reimburses all related tuition, books, and exams up to a maximum of $750 per employee per calendar year.

  • How many vacation days do I get?

    Full-time employees are entitled to 15 days of annual vacation. Vacation entitlements increase every five years to a maximum of 25 vacation days.

  • Does your firm put on events throughout the year?

    We do! We have an annual summer event and host both a family-friendly Christmas event and an evening Christmas party for all employees. Not every party is a formal one: non-competitive tennis tournaments and the occasional Jell-O eating contest have also made it onto the calendar.

  • How do I apply for a job?

    All open positions are posted on our website and applications are submitted through this site.

  • Can you provide me with status updates on my application?

    We will contact you if we believe your credentials are a good fit. Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide ongoing status updates regarding applications.

  • How long will you keep my resume on file?

    All resumes are kept on file for one year and reviewed if any suitable vacancies arise.
