As Boughton Law’s Human Resources Generalist, Danielle works closely with leadership and legal talent to support the firm’s people strategy. She manages the lifecycle of staff, lawyers and students, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
Prior to joining Boughton Law, Danielle worked in luxury hospitality and at a Boutique firm in human resources, administration, and finance. She brings a collaborative and human-focused approach to supporting firm initiatives, guiding our people through evolving workplace needs with thoughtful, forward-looking solutions.
