Harsh Kang, articling student at Boughton Law

Harsh is an associate with Boughton Law’s litigation group and focuses her practice on estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial and civil litigation. Harsh regularly advises clients on a range of estate litigation disputes, including conflicts arising in estate administration. Her commercial and civil litigation work includes contractual disputes and general civil claims. She also advises on regulatory and professional discipline matters. Harsh regularly appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and works closely with senior counsel on complex files. She is committed to providing practical, thoughtful, and responsive service to her clients.

Harsh joined Boughton Law as a summer student in 2022, and after completing her articles in 2024, became an associate. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where she worked with the TRU Community Legal Clinic and served as Co-President of the Society of Law Students. Before law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at the University of the Fraser Valley, while working as a legal assistant in private practice and in the regulatory sector.

Harsh is fluent in Punjabi.
