Rachel joined Boughton Law as a summer student in 2024 and has returned to complete her articles.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and completed her final semester at the National University of Singapore. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Sociology and a minor in Law and Society from the University of British Columbia.
Rachel worked for several years in both public and legal libraries, where she developed strong organizational skills and a commitment to promoting equitable access to information. During law school, she served as the Co-President of the Pan Asian Law Society.
