As Boughton Law’s Manager of Legal Talent and Interim HR Manager, Rubyna leads the full spectrum of the firm’s people strategy. She oversees the lifecycle of lawyers, students, and staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
In her dual role, Rubyna acts as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior leadership, aligning talent and HR initiatives with firm priorities and supporting a cohesive, high-performing organizational culture. She is known for building strong relationships across all levels of the firm and for fostering an environment where people feel supported, valued, and positioned to succeed.
Prior to joining Boughton Law, Rubyna held senior leadership roles in regional law firms, where she oversaw firm-wide operations across HR, finance, IT, marketing, and administration. With more than 30 years of legal industry experience, she brings a deep understanding of law firm operations and the evolving needs of legal professionals.
