As Boughton Law’s Office Manager, Teresa leads the firm’s Office Services department and Client Reception team. Her groups ensure organizational efficiency across the firm, supporting lawyers and staff in the day-to-day delivery of the company’s full-service legal offering.
With over 15 years of customer service experience, Teresa is a leader in balancing both technical expertise and interpersonal skills. She continuously strives to discover opportunities for improvement and encourages her team to innovate and explore new client-centric strategies.
Teresa also assists with the firm’s in-house event planning, working with the marketing team in the development and execution of all events and branded experiences.
