Travis Bassra

Travis is an associate in Boughton Law’s Litigation Group. His practice is thoughtful and results-driven, with a focus on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and estate litigation.

Travis received his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he completed the Business Law Concentration. Before attending law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, graduating with High Distinction.

Travis’ background in psychology informs his approach to litigation. He recognizes that successful dispute resolution often depends not only on creative legal solutions, but also on understanding the interpersonal dynamics that shape conflicts. He is committed to resolving disputes efficiently while advancing his clients’ interests through thoughtful and strategic advocacy.

Travis has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Before joining Boughton Law as an associate, Travis summered and articled with the firm.
