Boughton Law Appoints New Shareholders

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce J. Harwood and Scott M. MacKenzie as new Shareholders. Bruce is the co-founder of Boughton Law’s immigration practice group. As a former officer with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration, he brings an in-depth understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes to solving his client’s immigration matters. From assisting companies in BC with their corporate immigration strategy to advising overseas investors seeking permanent entry into Canada, Bruce’s practice is tailored towards enabling his clients’ business expansion.

Scott is a skilled commercial litigation lawyer representing clients before all levels of British Columbia courts. Clients appreciate his practical and efficient approach as he assists them in resolving their disputes. Scott has built a strong profile in the community by providing timely and pragmatic advice on a wide range of issues with a focus on contractual, construction and lease disputes.
