New Shareholders – Rose Shawlee & Shaun Driver
Boughton is excited to announce Rose Shawlee and Shaun Driver becoming shareholders of the firm. Servicing personal and business succession, and commercial litigation, respectively, Rose and Shaun have played a significant role in the firm’s recent growth, driven largely by their client-centric approach and responsiveness.
Rose is a member of our Wills & Estates and Individual Tax Planning Groups and brings more than 15 years of experience to her practice. Focused primarily on assisting families and businesses with their planning, succession and reorganization, estate, and business needs, Rose is a sought after voice in the industry, regularly contributing to the groups such as the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC and Pacific Business & Law Institute.
Shaun—a commercial litigator—boasts over a decade of legal experience servicing a wide range of clients and matters. With extensive experience in shareholder and contract disputes, Shaun regularly works with solicitors from across Boughton’s full-service firm to aid clients in dispute resolutions. Shaun’s research skills and practical approach to finding resolution to unique problems, particularly, are sought after by clients when approaching complex or emerging legal matters.
