Gregg E. Rafter*

Gregg is a shareholder at Boughton Law and head of the Personal Injury Practice Group. With over 25 years in practice Gregg has appeared in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, British Columbia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, Alberta Court of King’s Bench, Alberta Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada. Gregg has acted as litigation counsel on a wide variety of matters including shareholders’ dispute, construction disputes, estate litigation, trademark disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, personal injury and transportation-related claims.

Successfully settling a wrongful death claim for the spouse of a passenger killed in an airplane crash
