Gregg is a shareholder at Boughton and head of the Personal Injury Practice Group. He practises as a litigator in a broad variety of commercial matters and estate litigation.
Gregg’s practice of 25 years has seen him appear as counsel in the Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Gregg has acted as counsel on a wide variety of matters including breach of contract claims, construction disputes, estate litigation, trademark disputes, employment claims, personal injury and transportation claims.
