Celebrating Staff Appreciation Week 2024
Today wraps Boughton Law’s Staff Appreciation Week 2024—a week-long celebration recognizing our incredible team.
As we close out this week, I find myself thinking not just about my appreciation for our team, but the numerous reasons why I’m so appreciative. It is remarkable to think of everything we have achieved together since last April.
Things like celebrating our 75th Anniversary; being named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2023 and 2024; being named one of BC’s Top Employers for 2024; continuing to grow our firm with great new talent; receiving our first Chambers Canada Ranking; welcoming another incredible group of articling students; multiple Meritas events—both in person and virtual; and the list goes on.
I firmly believe these successes are rooted in our team’s overall strength, dedication and commitment to collaboration. This is the reason why we place such an emphasis on fostering our team’s personal and professional development, and the overall vibe of the office.
While we appreciate and honor our colleagues’ dedication during our annual celebration week, our primary focus remains on cultivating an environment where our teammates flourish and receive acknowledgment for their ongoing contributions. That is how we build success—both for our clients and for our team.
So, with another Staff Appreciation Week in the bag, I want to say again, thanks to our incredible team. I am proud to work alongside you.
